Up here in the asteroid belt, nobody is watching — and we intend to keep it that way. Meteor Mouse is engineered to be as private as deep space: we simply do not collect data about you.

Mission Parameters

Meteor Mouse runs entirely inside your web browser. There is no ground control receiving telemetry from your session. Every hop your astronaut mouse makes, every alien fly you outrun, every wedge of space cheese you collect — all of it is computed locally on your own machine and goes nowhere.

Onboard Score Storage

Your personal best hop count is saved to your browser's local storage so it survives when you close the tab and return later. This storage is a native browser feature that keeps data scoped to a single page origin, on your own device. We have no access to it. Clearing your browser's site data for this page removes it completely — no rocket fuel required.

No Black Boxes

Meteor Mouse embeds no tracking scripts, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or third-party data collectors. There are no hidden telemetry feeds. What you do in the game is not observed by us in any way.

Mission Control (Google Fonts)

The Fredoka One and Nunito typefaces used in this game are loaded from Google Fonts. This makes your browser send a standard web request to Google's font servers. Google may log this request including your IP address, as described in their privacy policy. We do not receive or have access to any data from that exchange.

Young Cosmonauts

Meteor Mouse is suitable for players of all ages, including children. Our zero-collection stance means that nothing identifiable about a child — or anyone — is captured through this game.

Mission Updates

If anything about our data practices ever changes, this page will be updated with a new date and the specific changes will be described clearly. We have no plans to begin collecting personal data.
